1. These terms

This store is operated by Dorantea. By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the store.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Product photography is illustrative and colours may vary slightly between screens. Specifications may change if a manufacturer updates a product.

Dorantea products are personal care devices, not medical devices. Nothing on this site is medical or dental advice. If you have gum disease, bleeding gums, recent dental work or any other oral health concern, talk to your dentist before use.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may be converted from U.S. dollars for customers outside the United States. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order that has already been placed. Payment is taken when you place the order.

5. Orders

An order is only accepted once we send you a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if a price was listed incorrectly, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

6. Shipping

7. Returns

Your right to return an order is set out in our Refund Policy.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Intellectual property

The Dorantea name, logo, photography and written content on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. This does not remove any consumer protection rights you have where you live.
