Where we ship

We ship anywhere in the United States.

What it costs

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum.

How long it takes

Orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours of being placed, Monday to Friday. Delivery then typically takes 10 to 14 business days.

We would rather tell you the real number than promise two-day delivery and miss it. Our products ship from an overseas warehouse, which is a large part of why the price is what it is. If you need something in your hands this week, this is not the right store for you, and we would rather you knew that before you paid.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to start updating — that is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.

Customs and duties

The price you see includes everything. You will not be asked to pay duties or import fees on delivery within the United States.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel has not arrived 20 business days after you ordered, write to contactsoundshopify@gmail.com with your order number. We will chase the carrier, resend the order or refund you in full — your choice.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we will fix it before the parcel leaves. After that we cannot redirect it.
