30 days to change your mind

If a Dorantea product is not for you, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price. No restocking fee and no interrogation.

Condition

For hygiene reasons we can only accept returns where the device and its tips are clean and all the parts are included. Please do not post used nozzle tips back to us — dispose of them and tell us in your email.

How to start a return

Write to contactsoundshopify@gmail.com with your order number and a sentence about why you are returning it. We reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us — parcels sent to the wrong address cannot be refunded.

Return shipping

If the product arrived damaged, faulty or was not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping. If you are returning it because you changed your mind, the return shipping is yours to pay.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we have checked it, we refund you to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank it can take another 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or faulty on arrival

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery at contactsoundshopify@gmail.com and we will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You do not need to pay anything and you do not need to send the item back.

Order cancellations

If you cancel before your order has shipped, we refund it in full. Once it has shipped, treat it as a return.
